Description |
modular LIGHTING fixture in LED technology designed for street lighting, including bike paths, green areas, underpasses and tunnels. The unit consists of one or two storage compartments where LED modules are allocated and a central power supply. The modularity of the product makes it suitable for any solution, allowing you to meet any installation requirement.
The attention devoted to product design has guaranteed to get all the characteristics of an LED lighting fixture, such as:
• low power consumption
• high reliability
• Possibility “of the brightness adjustment”, both independently (stand-alone dimmering) or centralized
The profile that houses the LED modules are made of anodized extruded aluminum, closed at the ends by two aluminum heads, sandblasted and painted with polyester powder.
The gorgeus finning allow the proper heat dissipation, keeping the LED modules in the range of optimum temperature to ensure maximum performance and durability.
In the central body, also made by extruded anodized aluminum and sealed by aluminum heads, is housed the power supply unit. This part can be attached to the LED houses or mounted separately (eg in case of installation in the gallery is anchored to the conduit via a special quick-bracket).

Optical Unit |
Consisting no.24 High power LEDs 1.2 W - 100 lumens / W, mounted on circuit Metalcore (MCPCB) via robotic selective soldering process.
LED modules are:
• provided by the world's leading manufacturers of opto-electronics (Osram, Edison, CREE)
• equipped with a special Elliptical (120 ° x80 °), suitable for these applications,
• driver powered by a high-efficiency, which provides a constant drive current equal to 350mA, to ensure maximum efficiency and preserve the characteristics of brightness over time.
• housed in an extruded aluminum body and anodized, which acts as a supporting structure.
The LED modules are:
• Independent adjustable with different inclinations with respect to the road surface (+ / - 15 °).
• allow us to obtain the best distribution of brightness' to the ground and to adjust the apparatus to different types of installation,
• exempt from adjustments to be made on the lens fitted on the primary LED.
Executions currently feasible: 24-48-72-96 LED.
Other executions by type and number of LEDs and different points are being studied for future introduction and, in parallel to the constant evolution of LED sources.
In the version for tunnels it may be completed, upon request, with power cord FG7OM1 0,6 / 1KV and CEE plug.

There are various mounting solutions, such as poles Ø60mm attack, attacks on wall or brackets for attachment to conduit tunnel.
The brackets are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (on request AISI 316) and equipped with devices for quick-to facilitate and simplify installation.
